Q: Your fragrances all say "Perfume" or "Parfum". Why don't you make colognes for men too?
A: All of our fragrances are UNISEX. The reason we refer to our fragrances as "perfume" or "parfum" is due
to the high concentration of essential oils & aromatic materials in our formulas. "Perfume" or "Parfum"
technically consists of 20-30% essential oils and aromatic compounds, whereas "cologne" typically consists
of only 3-5% aromatic materials. So "perfume" does not really mean a fragrance for women and "cologne" a
fragrance for men. All of our fragrances are unisex, but are made of high quality materials at high
concentrations - resulting in a superior product crafted in the style of ages past.


Q: How soon after placing my order will I receive my shipment?
A: Processing time for your order is 3-5 business days (this excludes weekends & holidays). Once your order
has been processed, it is sent to the shipping department. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping
confirmation email from us. We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail, which is a 2-3 day delivery estimate for
domestic (US) orders & 5-7 day delivery estimate for international (non-US) orders.


Q: What methods of payments do you accept & what will show up on my bill?
A:  We accept payments via PayPal®, VISA, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. The charge will show
up on your bill as "Pure Skin Formulations" which is our parent company.


Q: Is your website secure? Is it safe to pay online?
A: Yes, when you proceed from our fragrance gallery to your Shopping Cart or the Checkout, those portions
of our website are secure. We use Paypal® as our credit card processing company whether you use your
Paypal® account or manually enter your credit card or banking information during checkout. Therefore, we
can process your payment without ever seeing or having access to this information. This is done as a safety
feature for you, the buyer. Through Paypal's  secure & encrypted shopping cart & checkout process, you are
submitting your order in the most secure manner possible.


Q: What is your return policy for Morbid Mists™ fragrances?
A: We consider our fragrances to be an olfactory work of art. We therefore do not accept returns on Morbid
Mists™ fragrances. We try to give a very thorough fragrance description for every scent we offer, but if you
are unsure if a scent is right for you, we suggest that you purchase a sample before committing to a full size.
